Delivery
How are the facemasks delivered?

The delivery of our protective equipment is carried out by GLS and PostNL. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. This email contains a track and trace code, which you can use to track your order. Both transport companies have their own protocol for the safe delivery of your order, in accordance with the guidelines of the RIVM. 

What is the delivery time for the products?

The delivery time for our products is 1 to 3 working days. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the shipment confirmation and a track and trace code. You can use this code to track your order. 

Is it possible to pick up the facemasks, instead of having them delivered?

It is not possible to pick up facemasks. We want to keep the process as simple as possible and limit the risks as much as possible. By delivering orders, we can provide people with protective equipment as safely and quickly as possible. It is very easy to place an order and we can guarantee quick delivery, so you will receive your products within 1 to 3 working days.

Who can buy facemasks from you?

We provide facemasks to people who work in healthcare, such as doctors, dentists, veterinarians, physiotherapists and people who work in home care. But we also offer our products to low-volume customers such as hairdressers, shopkeepers, catering staff, teachers at primary schools and the industrial sector and big logistics companies. We are here for everyone who wants to keep doing their work in a safe way during these uncertain times. This way, you can protect yourself and others. 

Can private individuals also order facemasks?

At the moment, we are focussing on offering protective equipment to companies and consumers who want to buy in bulk. Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to order protective equipment per piece or in small numbers. It may become possible for us to offer this service in the future.

Why can I not determine the amount of facemasks myself?

We want to provide low-volume users with facemasks as quickly and easily as possible. That is why we have made our process as simple as possible, so you can only order by the box.

Is it possible to return facemasks?

No, for hygienic reasons it is not possible to return facemasks

What products do you offer?

At the moment, we are offering three types of facemasks. Namely, the 3-ply facemasks, N95 facemasks and KN95 facemasks. The facemasks comply with the required quality standards. We also sell Dermotect disinfecting hand gel and Face Shields. We have many years of experience and expertise in international trade, so we have short lines of communication with our partners in Asia. This means we can always guarantee high quality, even in times of crisis.

Do you offer other products besides facemasks?

Yes, besides facemasks we also offer disinfecting hand gel and Face Shields.

The products are subjected to strict quality checks, and because we have the right partners in the right places in the supply chain, we can guarantee the right quality. We supply to the frontlines of the healthcare sector, so we constantly receive feedback to optimise our range where necessary.
